queenph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved e-wallets and bank transfer services as listed on the platform. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount on queenph is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from your account balance without notice. queenph is not obligated to reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
